Only had 16 windows replaced. Really happy with my new windows and the installation! From start to finish, Ron kept me informed and made sure everything was completed properly. The staff was friendly, efficient, and got the job done without wasting any time. They communicated well with each other, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end.
The price was great too! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality windows and professional installation. Thank you Ron for great service and experience.

I recently had 10 windows in my home replaced through New Look Window and had a fantastic experience! Ron, the owner, came to our home to give us an initial estimate. He was straightforward and respectful of our time. He also didn't try to upsell us on more expensive windows we didn't need, and offered a fair price compared to other companies who gave us an estimate. The installation process was quick and only took 2 days between removal, installation, and clean up. Ron himself came to do the work with one of his employees which was nice to see and showed how dedicated Ron is to providing a great experience for customers.
I was looking to replace the windows on my house, so I contacted several businesses. New Look was very professional and let me know that most of my windows didn't need replacement yet. However, the bay window did. They quoted a fair price. The window was ready when they said it would be (with 2 follow up calls during the wait to update me on the process).
Once the window arrived, they installed it the next business day. They were in and out in one day and left the house and yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. I am very happy with them and will use them again when I need to replace the rest of the windows.
