We had 5 windows and a door replaced and they did an excellent job with them. Everything looks very professional and they made sure to clean up after they were finished. You can really tell that Ron goes above and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they want. I would definitely recommend them for any windows or door replacement that you need. Process was very easy. After a consultation to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, windows were ordered and arrived within 6 weeks. The installation process was very quick and easy.
Called Ron at New Look Window to get a quote for four new basememt windows. He showed up the next day, and my windows were ordered. He was easy to contact and responded very quickly every time I reached out.
My windows were original to the house and the frames on a few were
rotted out.
Installing went great and my basement windows look awesome. They were proffesional and cleaned up any mess that was made. The windows are ready to rock and they took care of everything. They painted, sealed, and even customized a window to run my dryer exhaust out of. Really cool!
