Furnace was not working when I got home, made a call and a repairman came to the house shortly after. He found the problem within a few minutes made the repairs after taking the cover off the furnace. Just a wire grounded on steel inside, he moved the wire so that wouldn't happen again.

The plumber who did our bath remodel was the worst. He did not respond to messages/calls when our new toilet did not work. When he finally came back to finish the job, he said the manufacturer was at fault and we should contact the store where we bought it. Long story short, we had a new toilet that did not flush properly. He demanded payment, and threatened me with putting a lien on my house when I didn't want to pay him before he fixed it. He screamed at me outside of my home. I went ahead and paid him, although him threatening me was beyond belief. I WOULDN'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE IF THEY WERE THE LAST COMPANY AROUND. THIS MAN HAS A ANGER PROBLEM. He came back the next day and fixed it after buying a part, but this was a horrible thing to have to go through.

I would give a negative star if offered. Called to have our toilets fixed. They showed up the next day and recommended routine maintenance. Said if that didn’t work call them back. Charged us $177. Toilets still not working. Called them back and scheduled a day to return. Didn’t show. Now they won’t return my calls or even answer the phone when I call.

Called last week to have a broken water pipe fixed at a rental house in East Moline. They went by to look at the pipe and was told they were going to go get the pipe and never cameback. Called them on Friday and was quoted a price. Price was ok....4 days later and the pipes are still not fixed .... I called someone else....very unprofessional. If they had a minus star that's what I would rate them.

I needed an emergency repair on a rental furnace today. I reached Kim who got me it touch with the tech Tony, In a few hours the problem was fixed and he made a great impression on my renters as well. He beat he price quote of the biggest five contractors in town by a mile . What a breath of fresh air. Pun intended. They are my" go to" service for all of my needs. I will tell l my friends.
