Bornhoeft Heating & Air Conditioning

Had a great experience with Bornhoeft. My furnace/ventillation was leaking, and the technician came out quickly despite seeming very busy. He spent an hour fixing the problem replaced the condensation drain and didn't even charge me! Super professional and an all around friendly guy. He knew that furnace in and out, i suppose because the previous owners of the house were using this company too! He explained everything in a way that made sense, fixed the problem after trying a couple things, and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. Love these guys! I have been using them for several years to service my existing HVAC system. Based on their professionalism, customer service, and fair pricing, I am now having them install a new HVAC system in the upper level of my house. They are highly knowledgeable and offered many helpful suggestions about other aspects of my remodeling project.

Called and received a quick response to my furnace going out. Furnace was replaced in a reasonable time (holiday weekend). Chris, Tony, and Steve are very knowledgeable and professional.
