Excellent Excellent customer service from Sam at this location! A huge mess up accrued with my Penske truck on home depos part but called up Sam right away and he went above and beyond to fix my issue and kept me in the loop of what's going on and next steps. I overly appreciate his efforts!

My husband was in an accident and needed a van ASAP so he could get to his job site for work. Our insurance company works directly with Enterprise so we were instructed to contact them. I called and spoke to Logan who said he would check into availability and call me back. Two hours later - NO CALL BACK - so I had my husband call - he was told Logan was in a "meeting" and the woman took down his information and said he would call my husband back. - Two more hours passed and NO CALL BACK and now the location is closed. If Logan didn't want to help or didn't want our business he should have just said so in the first place. This IS NOT the way you treat customers! I will be informing our insurance company of this issue with Enterprise. I jumped through some hoops and found a cargo van to rent through Budget of St. Charles. for WAY less money. I will not call Enterprise again.
