I tried to get some help with a vehicle title. Vickie was the representative I worked with. She was unhelpful and rude. She even said, after asking me to email a bunch of documents, that she might not remember to look for them so I should call and remind her. She failed to find a name that was clearly printed on an occupancy permit that was involved in this situation. The second time I called to follow up, she said she wasn't in a good mood, and when I asked a simple question about an update on the status, she said she was 'not in a good mood', and actually hung up on me. Incompetence and rudeness is what I experienced with this business.
