He was very responsive and provided consistent communication regarding timelines. He called the morning prior install with timeframe of installation crew, supplies and dumpster.

Today was my first day visiting this place and it’s a straight 5/5 stars for me! I have some serious trauma with the dentist’s due to an experience in my past and it makes me hesitant to go and schedule appointments. Today I was worked on by a really nice and gentle blond girl whose name I forgot (sorry) and a woman whose name I believe is Sarah. They were very gentle, calm, and explained everything. I always knew what was going on and I never felt scared or anxious. They were even able to get me in for a cleaning same day. My cleaning had to be more thorough and deep and I never felt anymore than slight discomfort. It actually kinda felt good! Love this place!
The folks who work at Sutton are so helpful! They are quick to understand my needs and help me find solutions. Their installers are superb—my carpet installation was the most professional I’ve ever seen! Very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating! Thank you Dr. Jen for your calm and assertive energy. We adopted a pig from the animal shelter who suffered an injury to her eye, and even though she is not a livestock vet, she made an exception for me and treated my potbelly piglet Pickles. She’s great with my bulldogs too!
