Dr. Zach Frazier and his team were fantastic during our initial braces consultation! He was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to explain the entire process in an easy-to-understand way. The office was welcoming, organized, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. I really appreciated how attentive and professional everyone was. I left feeling well-informed. Dr. Frazier was great with both my kids. Especially making my youngest feel comfortable with the plan for her orthodontia needs. All of the staff was super helpful in easing her anxiety and talking her through the entire process.

At a time when it's hard to know who to trust, Dr. Frazier and his team have mine implicitly. I've had two kids go through treatment for braces and a third is getting an expander. I've never felt pressured or seen red flags. I've only had kindness and thoughtfulness shown. Dr. Frazier has a balance of professionalism and excellent bedside manner. His team does, as well. The practice is run predicably, we get the same treatment every time we walk through the doors. I can't say enough good things about this practice.
