I love this school. A few weeks ago Kate gave me a facial and she was super thorough. Made sure the products were custom to my sensitive skin with her instructor. She spoke to me softly and told me each step she was doing during the service. And I had no idea how much I NEEDED a face and hand massage. She has magic hands. Then I got my hair touched up by Clarissa, 2x now, she is so sweet and so gentle. I don’t think I’ve ever had my hair done and not one single time my hair pulled. Even my shampooing was exceptionally gentle, almost wanted it to be more pressure just to calm my mind that all the product was out. I’m a repeat customer for sure! I had great experience at Universal Spa Training Academy. Sophie B. was professional, pleasant and made me feel relaxed. My skin was glowing after enzime facial with microdermabrasion.
Had a great time with Ariba and Adrianna! They did a Brazilian wax for me and had great bedside manner. Kept checking in with me if I was okay and kept me updated of the process. Very friendly!
