We are so pleased with the program. My son has built skills in focus and confidence as well as physical skills. The staff is amazing. They are always checking in to make sure you are satisfied with the classes and to see where they can improve. I would recommend TBK to everyone!

True Balance is an amazing place! I’m so grateful for the positive impact it has had on my son’s confidence and behavior. I can’t say which teacher is better than the other; they’re all incredibly patient and kind to all the children. I’m so happy to be a part of this wonderful family! True Balance Karate has been immeasurably valuable for our family. Initially we signed our very high spirited 4 year old son up to curb some of the challenges that come with having such a wonderfully outgoing child. He needed discipline, and body control. Over the last few months the improvement in those areas sky rocketed. In addition, he’s gained many other benefits thru the structure of karate and guidance from the excellent instructors. He did NOT need to learn how to kick or strike better, he had that down…but he did need to learn control, and at 4 years old it is amazing to see how karate has translated to his personal growth and development, (while also stopping... read full review
