Jennifer at the front desk is very knowledgeable, explains the workings of the office very clearly, and has a delightful demeanor. The office runs very efficiently, is up to date, clean, and quiet. Dr. Spence is very thorough and answers questions fully and clearly. They have their own yearly membership discount program for those of us that don’t want to mess with insurance. Your yearly dues pays for 2 cleanings, a full set of Xrays, and two exams, all for free, the total of which is worth 50% more than the membership fee. Both dentists are amazing and have fantastic staff. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, talented and efficient. The place is clean and they practice superb protocols for sterilization and preventing cross-contamination in the rooms.
A membership is offered for those of us who don’t have dental insurance. It’s really generous and helps a great deal for me. I used to work in the dental field so I am extremely picky. This is my unicorn dental office!
