Colored my hair the wrong color! Then rushed my haircut (she was attending to me and TWO other people at the same time!) Since Karen was so rushed she was pulling my hair while brushing it. Horrible experience.

I waited 45 minutes to be seen. Halfway through my appointment, another customer came in and Karen was working on both of us at the same time. Towards the end of my service, another person came in and she had to tell him to come back. Because Karen was so rushed, her brushing my hair and washing it was painful. She pulled my hair several times, even very noticeable to others. She scrubbed my scalp so hard during the wash that it hurt till the next night. It was horrible service with Karen. I will not be going back.
