Very professional and gives updates often. He ordered the new phone screen that was needed. Once the new one arrived it only took him a couple hours to fix it. He even threw on a screen protector for me. Would definitely go to him again if I needed anything. Also repair price was very fair. He even sent pictures while he was working on it.

Spoke to the owner, I’m assuming, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I called him up with a quote for a fix that I thought was something with the picture or screen. Turned out to be a setting that was turned on accidentally! Oops! But he walked me thru the fix and had my issue resolved in no time. Free of charge. I would highly recommend this repair person to anyone with iPhone repair needs and he’ll even go to you! I live in the Burr Ridge area and he’s come out to me. He typically takes an hour to fix the phone btw if that so super quick too! 5 stars!
