Eva is absolutely amazing and helped my family find a live in (24/7) caregiver for my Aunt and then most recently for my mom. The caretaker we had for my mom, Emma, was so kind and caring and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I highly recommend this agency. We tried another one previously and it was a terrible experience. I needed a caregiver for both parents. I contacted Eva on a Saturday afternoon and she sent out an excellent caregiver that same evening. We were so blessed! Eva is very professional and extremely caring. She checked in with us numerous times to make sure everything was good. Excellent agency and caregivers!

What a blessing Gold Coast Domestic Agency has been to our family! It was almost Christmas, our 98 year old Dad was to due to leave for AZ with his caretaker. Without warning the caretaker advised us she could not go or care for him due to a personal issue. We called everyone we knew and contacted several agencies, all to no avail. Fortunately we heard about Gold Coast in Downers Grove. We contacted Eva Pulczynska and explained our situation and she responded immediately and completely. She asked many questions about our Dad, questions NO other agency asked, she was so caring and thorough about his condition and about exactly what we were looking for in a care taker! The next day Eva called us back with a candidate. Within 2 days Eva and the candidate were sitting in our office. She brought a candidate that was exactly and everything that we requested, along with references and a background check. We all liked the candidate and after checking his references we hired him the next day. That was 5 months ago and we couldn't ask for a better caretaker!! Dad is doing better than ever and I cannot express how grateful and satisfied we are with the level of service provided by Gold Coast Domestic Agency. Eva is thorough, professional, very caring and worked hard to provide a GREAT MATCH for our Dad. A perfect and completely caretaker within several days during the Christmas rush- IMPRESSIVE! The BEST Agency I have used for my Grandmother who has Dementia and Diabetes. She had several caregivers before we hired A Gold Coast Agency, but my grandmother has been in the best hands thanks to A Gold Coast Agency. The owner, Eva Pulczynska, evaluated our needs in a very professional manner, and in a very short time prepared an interview with qualified, honest and experienced caregivers. Every candidate had long-term experience and it was extremely difficult to choose one. Eva also provided us with a caregiver for the weekends, and both ladies became like family. I am relieved that we don't have to worry about our grandmother. It's nice knowing she is well taken care of. Both ladies do a great job of keeping her mobile and active, and take her on walks if the weather permits. Because she has progressive Dementia we were worried that she would forget to take her medication, but thanks to our caregivers we don't have to worry that she'll forget or take too many. They make her homemade chicken soup and even go so far as to make her Kolaczki!! She is taken to doctor's appointments and even to the salon every now and then. I can't thank Eva enough for providing us with such caring and thoughtful caregivers. I highly recommend using A Gold Coast Domestic Agency, Inc.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to cleaning services. I haven't used any of their other services nor will I ever! The first person who the agency referred me, called me and set up a time and date. Great. I waited for her but she never came so I finally called her and she said she had another job come up. She never called to let me know she wasn't going to make her appointment. I called the agency back and the lady (owner? manager?) was like, "Give her another chance. We're all human." I was like, I haven't even met this woman yet and she didn't even bother to let me know she wasn't coming. I want someone else. So she sent me someone else who was very nice. She came over actually earlier than the time and looked around and quoted a price that was great. So I hired her. First time she cleaned the house in 3 hrs, then next in 2.5, then next time in 2 hrs 10 min. While she was getting faster and faster (at this trajectory, she'd be down to cleaning my house in 1 hr!), her cleaning was not very thorough. There was still little bits of food crusted on the stove. and we had to ask her once to do a better job on the toilet, to vacuum underneath the sofa. She was nice about it but it felt wierd to have to ask the "professional" to do her job better. The price was cheaper by $15 than my last cleaning lady (who was great but unfortunately left the cleaning business for a better career) but when I calculated what I was actually paying this speedy lady, it was over $30/hr to do a mediocre job! I called the agency back to ask for a more thorough person and the owner/manager refused to send me anyone else and said, "Why don't you pay her MORE so she will do a better job." Besides, she said that this lady was one of her best cleaners. I was flabbergasted! I never set the initial price, I never bargained the price down. The cleaning lady looked at the house and SHE set the price. I assumed she was going to do a thorough job similar to prior cleaning companies. My home is about 2,000 sq feet, not very messy (we don't even wear shoes in the house and make the kids pick up toys daily) and no one prior has ever cleaned it in faster than 3 1/2 hrs unless there were 2 people. Anyways, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR CLEANING SERVICES and for a professional interaction/experience. If all you care about is the price, call them. If their best cleaner is the one cleaning my house, it's kind of sad how subpar the standard for them is. Don't expect any sympathy or professionalism from the owner/manager if you have any grievances. She'll just tell you to suck it up and be human. :)
