They are thorough, professional, and caring, often going above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of their patients. Dr. Katz has been treating pets with autoimmune conditions, heart problems, skin problems, anxiety, IVDD, appetite issues, and kidney disease, with amazing and knowledgeable care. She offers UVB ozone, supplements, laser therapy, and acupuncture treatments that have helped pets improve their blood work numbers, mobility, and energy. Dr. Katz is very responsive and provides top-notch communication, sending emails regardless of the day. Clients appreciate the clinic's holistic approach and willingness to consider alternative remedies. The entire staff is wonderful, and everyone truly loves the animals they treat. The prices are reasonable, and every person in the clinic is friendly and compassionate. Pet owners can trust that their beloved pets are in good hands.
Dr Katz has been treating my dog with an autoimmune condition that affects his eyes. If I had stayed with traditional medicine and the veterinary opthalmologist they would have had to remove his eye by now. Per Dr Katz's instructions I changed his diet, she added some supplements and he is going strong 2 years later at age 12.
I also have a senior rescue with heart problems, skin problems, anxiety, and Dr Katz has helped him to get to the best health he can be in after he was found as a stray with heartworm and probably years of neglect. I love everything about this place. Dr. Katz is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. She is treating Pedro with UVB ozone, and I believe that the treatment is helping him. She spent a lot of time with us during the first visit making sure all our questions were answered. She is very responsive and as soon as lab results come in, she sends an email regardless if it’s a weekend or not. I definitely value this top notch level of communication. The entire staff is wonderful, you can tell everyone loves their job, and the place is very relaxing, an unusual plus for being a veterinary practice. Highly recommended and if I could give 6 stars or more, I would!
I have been taking my 15-year-old yorkie mix to see Dr. Katz and her team for nearly a year now and I cannot say enough good things about them! I adopted my sweet Winnie when she was 12 and she came with a lot of health issues, mainly, IVDD, appetite issues and kidney disease. Dr Katz has offered so many evidence based homeopathic solutions that have improved Winnie's blood work numbers, mobility and Winnie rarely skips a meal now and is maintaining her weight! Winnie is also prone to slipped discs which leave her in excruciating pain and paralyzed in the back legs. The laser therapy and acupuncture treatments have helped her a lot and I see an immediate difference in her walking and energy after each treatment. Most importantly, unlike regular vets that rush you in and out of the office, Dr Katz and team take their time and answer every question and care about the patient AND the owner. For a holistic clinic, their prices are the most reasonable I have seen in the entire area, which I appreciate so much. Every person in the clinic is friendly and compassionate, and I wholeheartedly trust Winnie with them. I encourage anyone to seek their care, they are amazing!
