Had the best experience so far at a lens crafters. Dr Qadri was so kind, helpful and worked quickly. I could tell she is really well informed and great at her job. Tina was also so kind and helpful up front. She helped me to get the best deal, and even helped me pick out my frames. She was also very patient and explained well for all my questions. I hope they both continue to work there.

I was traveling in the area visiting family and unfortunately lost a contact lens. I had to drive back home 4 hrs and was mad stressed about how I was going to do it half blind... I literally called over a dozen optometrists in the area to see if I could get a replacement lens but to no avail. Then I talked to Antwan here at this LensCrafters and he was quick to resolve my issue, check to see if his inventory matched my Rx, and covered the lens for me at no charge!
