Pete was amazing! He solved an issue that another fireplace company couldn’t figure out (and likely caused during a cleaning), where the gas fireplace wall switch wasn’t working. My appointment was booked quickly (no long, seasonal wait like some places), and the issue was resolved in under 30 minutes! Pete also passed along an amazing idea to add a custom grate to keep our little kids from being able to touch the hot glass, which this company can provide. Highly recommend! We will be using this fireplace company going forward!
