Excellent Service & Professionalism! Very professional, trustworthy, and listened to our concerns without trying to upsell us on unnecessary extras. The knowledgeable employees were so kind and patient with our questions. The work was done in a day and the crew went above and beyond. 100 stars for professionalism, cost, and customer service.
Great experience from start to finish! Brian provided the quote from TRC and was very transparent about everything their roof installation included, which was just as thorough and professional as what other companies advertised - but half as expensive! Brian showed up with Joel’s crew on installation day, and everything went smoothly. The crew was very friendly and careful as they worked. They protected my landscaping, siding, and AC unit without so much as scratching a thing. Their clean-up of debris and nails was very meticulous. The project manager was highly professional and knowledgeable while showing great patience dealing with our concerns. The roof came out beautifully. He was very responsive to our questions and needs and realistice about expectations. The only problem was it made other elements on our house look old! There were no surprises regarding price or services. I would highly recommend TRC and Justin!
