400 S 42nd St, Mt Vernon“I was surprised to read about others' experiences there. I went to a salon in my hometown, and they royally messed up my hair. Ends were fried to a crisp, never finished the cut, and the salon did nothing to try to fix the situation. I went to Great Clips to get the ends cut off and shaping. She was fast, friendly and worked with me on how much to take off. I think in the end we took off around 3.5 inches. It's much better now! Thanks for being there when I needed you!“
