The salon is open evenings and weekends, with no appointment necessary, and walk-ins are welcome. The friendly staff provides great cuts, and their kindness and patience make customers feel at ease. They take the time to understand individual needs, making even the most nervous clients, like young children, feel comfortable. While there's always room for improvement, the staff does their best to ensure customers leave satisfied with their haircuts.
I was surprised to read about others' experiences there. I went to a salon in my hometown, and they royally messed up my hair. Ends were fried to a crisp, never finished the cut, and the salon did nothing to try to fix the situation. I went to Great Clips to get the ends cut off and shaping. She was fast, friendly and worked with me on how much to take off. I think in the end we took off around 3.5 inches. It's much better now! Thanks for being there when I needed you!

The staff is friendly and very patient with my 3 year old. They ask what I want done and if using scissors, trimmers or both. He used to hate getting haircuts and now sits through them, thanks to the staff. They are fast when cutting his hair but stop when needed if he's getting uncomfortable.
