In 1974 he opened his part time refrigeration business, which would eventually become a full time job for him in 1978. As the company grew, he added employees, including his wife, Linda and sons, Norman and Michael, making the business a true family affair. Since then, the company has become one of the most respected heating, air conditioning, and ventilation companies in Central Illinois.
