Had a hot water heater go belly up and didn't notice till after they had closed. Gave the number a call to leave a message and much to my surprise some picked up. Explained what was up and they said they could get out there late tomorrow morning/ early afternoon. Called me at 830 the next morning said they would be there in 30 minutes. They arrived took a look at what was need gave a reasonable qoute. Got everything replaced and cleaned up within an hour and stuck to the qoute.

I had an “ emergency “ when I noticed my hot water heater was leaking. Of course this happened in the evening. I called and Kevin was very helpful. While on the phone, he walked me through the steps to stop the flooding. The next morning, he replaced the HWH. It’s refreshing to know that there are great, caring,trustworthy people who genuinely care for their customers. Thank you Kevin Pruemer. I definitely recommend Pruemer’s Service Plus !!
