I had an “ emergency “ when I noticed my hot water heater was leaking. Of course this happened in the evening. I called and Kevin was very helpful. While on the phone, he walked me through the steps to stop the flooding. The next morning, he replaced the HWH. It’s refreshing to know that there are great, caring,trustworthy people who genuinely care for their customers. Thank you Kevin Pruemer. I definitely recommend Pruemer’s Service Plus !! A “ 10” out of “10”
