My plumbing problem may not have been an emergency, but it was too me. When I first called and explained the issue, I was told that they would call me back and make an appointment. When they called back, it was too say that they could send a plumber right away. He was polite and efficient and fixed 2 separate problems. Thank you, Drees Plumbing, for your quick response!
