When we started our search for a contractor, we kept running into unreasonable quotes, prices, or both. Luckily, a family friend had experience with Norbert and recommended his services. After meeting with us, he was able to thoroughly answer all of our questions and gave us a reasonable price and timeline. Norbert was responsive and helpful throughout the process as things changed (as they always do during construction). Norbert runs a lean operation which allows him to move faster and cheaper than the other guys without sacrificing the quality. We're very happy with the results and would recommend Norbert to anyone looking to take on a major renovation.

The large-format polished porcelain floor tile keeps the whole room feeling bright and open, and it's so easy to clean. Smart City Renovation clearly knows high-end work. The crew was respectful of our home, cleaned up every day, and the final result is a true spa retreat. Would absolutely hire them again.
