Scammers!!! Tried to make me change my Medicare insurance provider by enticing me with additional benefits. After they obtained my information they hung up on me when I was not in agreement with changing my plan. Now I am concerned that my personal information has been compromised. Stay away from these SCAMMERS!!!

We are a business that has used One Digital for three years as our health insurance broker for my 125 employees. The first two years weren't the best. But the third year has been a mess. The dates for our business's insurance were entered wrong and staff's deductibles got screwed up. This took some time to fix and communication from One Digital through the process was like pulling teeth. It took phone call after phone call to get someone to call us back.

Once again, we have questions about coverage. We can't get our One Digital broker on the phone. We have been trying for days. This is the new normal with One Digital. No one answers the phone. Never ever. Just...read full review

This company is flaky and ghosts people that interview for them. Invite them in for 2 interviews and give them a date in which they would hear back from them and then ghost them and never answer any call, text or email. Avoid at all costs!
