I wish I could find the words to express the compassion and kindness I experienced with Memory Eternal. Vanessa was so understanding and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things. She helped me through the entire process and stood beside at my father's burial. She was truly my rock on that day and I cannot begin to express my heartfelt gratitude.
I highly recommend Memory Eternal Funeral Directors. I recently attended a close friend's Eastern Orthodox funeral service here, and the staff was incredibly supportive, attentive to every detail, and showed immense respect for the sacred traditions of the Orthodox faith. Their multi-generational experience really shines through in how carefully and reverently they handle everything. I have so much to commend Vanessa and Ari for, that I cannot possibly put it all into words. I'll try my best. My Father passed away and it was horrifically painful. So many arrangements had to be made so quickly. Ari was very professional, detail-orientated, and made the process very smooth. Vanessa was extraordinarily helpful, caring, and sweet. If it wasn't for her, there is NO way I could have gotten through this. I am so thankful that my Father had made arrangements with her prior to his passing.
