My daughter and I both enjoy coming here for self defense classes. They are very welcoming, they teach you very practical self defense maneuvers/tips, they’re involved in the community, offer free classes, birthday parties, scout events and more. It’s family run and they have their heart and soul in their work. Highly recommend checking out.

We absolutely love MBD! Our little one has dealt with social anxiety for as long as we can remember but through MBD, she has grown confidence and has really started opening up!! The Sensei’s and coaches are all super patient and work really well with all of the kids. 5 stars isn’t even enough!! ❤️

I am beyond impressed with my son’s experience at MBD Martial Arts. In just one month, he has learned so much and has truly developed a passion for karate. He looks forward to every class and is excited to continue improving his skills. It’s amazing to see how much he’s grown, both physically and mentally, in such a short time.
One of the most remarkable things is how enthusiastic he has become about the idea of becoming a sensei one day! The positive influence and encouragement from the instructors have inspired him to set big goals and dream about what’s possible.
