I would give Katlia zero stars if that were an option. It took this company 18 months to complete our bathroom remodel! They were totally unreliable. Weeks and months would go by and no one would show up to work on the bathroom. Phone calls were never returned. After considerable nagging, they finally finished the project, However, they never reimbursed us for shelves, towel bars and a light fixture which we purchased ourselves, in order to get the project done faster.

Vince and Mark are not honest people. They still owe my friend money from his bathroom remodeling job. They make promises that they do not keep. They do poor work. Don't hire these guys. They have multiple lawsuits against them. Their reviews on YELP are horrible. They have no BBB accreditation because of so many complaints. They do not honor their warranty. My friend and I have been trying to contact them via email and their website but they either block our posts or refuse to answer our emails.
