Very impressed witth Al who came out from Climatek. It was a very cold day in November in Des Plaines Illinois and we woke up to the furnace not running, it was already down to 58 degrees and the thermostat showed that the furnace should be running even though it was not. I was able to get the furnace fan to run so I knew it was not an electrical problem. I looked at the furnace and could not figure out why it was not running.
