The office staff depending on who you get is helpful and attentive and will help you with your needs, for example my mom and I went in and we were looking for her late brothers grave as he was a stillborn. We were there for over an hour while they looked through all of their records to help us find his grave.
Some of the maintenance guys I have talked to are awesome and helpful.
The only really takeaway I have is families are paying for perpetual care and all they really do is cut the grass.
