Thank you for visiting Yamber Properties. It is a family owned business that was established in 1960 by Dr. Paul Yamber. In 2013 new management started with Kathy. We take pride in the family business and strive for 100% resident satisfaction. Yamber Properties LLC offers exceptional services in DeKalb, Illinois. Resident satisfaction is our number-one priority, and we strive to ensure that all of our residents needs are met. Manager Kathy Yamber visits all the properties and will work on the properties herself when needed.
