This wa the first time shopping at Shopko Optical. We were greeted immediately as we walked in the door. Jillian was our optician that helped us, she was very helpful in picking out frames for my husband. I will definitely be coming back when I need new glasses!!
As a new patient one day and bringing a son the next, I have to say that I had two wonderful experiences in two days! The staff were helpful, polite and professional and the doctor was very thorough. He explained everything so well and answered every question I had in detail. I never felt rushed. Knowing how thorough he is, I would be happy to wait as he delivers this same level of service to other patients!
First time going here and they were just wonderful! I was seen by Willow and Dr Harte and they were amazing. Very knowledgeable and easy going. Will definitely be coming back for any eye/glasses needs!
