Amazing staff! Dr. Harte was very informative and enthusiastic in explaining every step of the eye exam. Both Kay and Aryn were very helpful with picking out my frames and setting up the best lens for me!
Had an appt yesterday! Kay at the front desk was terrific! She helped me when I called to make an appt and greeted me on arrival, checking me in swiftly while maintaining a friendly & professional approach ! Dr Harte was terrific too! Educated me and was assuring I had choices & understood my eye exam and results.
My recent vision/eye exam at Shopko Optical in DeKalb couldn’t have gone better. The Optician was very friendly yet professional- even the “dreaded puff of air “ went very well because she put me so at ease! Dr. Harte was very thorough in his exam and answered any questions I had. I picked out my frames and was fitted. Great selection of frames, too. I give them all a “10”. ??
