I absolutely love Q-Nails. Every time I call or stop in I’m greeted with friendly faces. Vicky is an amazing artist ( highly recommend her) I’m very much a spur of the moment person so I call ahead and Vicky will let you know every time she says come on in. On Tuesday’s if you pay cash it’s 20% off.
I'm pretty sure some of the people know how to do nails but they have some guys who speak no English and don't know what they are doing. When you ask them to cut it shorter they don't understand what you're saying. The polish came off after 3 days even though it was a dip and should last 3 weeks. Plus they're not paying taxes getting paid all cash.
I felt like the basic pedicure was good but I did not think my appointment would take two hours when I just got a basic pedicure and basic acrylics. I did feel like it was a little rude that My nail artist got up and went to work on two other client nails while I had an appointment and they were walk ins.
