The work done on my garage was perfect! My sinking door frame was lifted and stabilized and my opener now runs smoothly. Everyone was very helpful and patient with my many questions. After dealing with an awful contractor last year for work I needed on my home from an accident, I'm more than happy to say that Ken Spears Construction was a much needed relief. Very professional, timely, and plan on using them again for anything else down the line.
Extra shout out to Aaron who was also open to getting me a contact for tub refinishing when I asked about it even though it was out of their scope of work.

We had Ken Spears Construction cut two 4'x4' cut outs in a wall. This wall separated our dining area from our living area. They started when they said they would. They were very professional, very courteous and cleaned up when they were done. I would have no problem referring them to my family and friends. Would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.
