This service is so much help for daycare expenses, but they need to do some organizing asap. I get so fed up with having to resend paperwork and not having case notes taken. It would make things so much easier for both clients and caseworkers if they knew where things were and what information they should have. I work as a caseworker too and documentation is core to the job.
