Jamie did a wonderful job the haircut was perfect and I’m very picky

I come to the store for Maria who has cut my hair for almost 20 years at three different sport clips. She is an excellent stylist. I’d grow my hair longer if Maria was out or on vacation. When you have excellence, why would you go elsewhere!

I came in and asked for a trim only half an inch all around. Denise gave me a haircut and cut 2 inches off all around. Terrible job and didn’t listen to the customer

Terrible attitude of the stylist. I walked in and the two stylists were sitting and watching a game, there was no other clients there. Instead of saying hello, the stylist greeted me with “what do you want?” And I said “well, I was hoping for a haircut” to which she responded “well just so you know we don’t do layers, fancy styles, and blow dries, only regular blow dry”, then she told me that she’s surprised because this is a men’s salon. This came as a huge surprise to me because every sports clips that I’ve been to, and I’ve been to several locations, they have all been very welcoming and very warm, always did a fantastic job and had wonderful advice for me. Long story short, ladies, if you need a trim, avoid this location. I was in the chair for maybe 3 minutes total, received the most basic trim and the entire interaction with the stylist made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Tried it for a few times cause it’s close to my house and finally tired of the experience

Denise did my haircut today.
I’ve been to five or six different locations so far, and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Sport Clips. I moved into this area recently, and visited this location. At the first time, I had no idea that someone can get me a haircut, plus the MVP so quickly. I’ve been in and out in the matter of just a couple of minutes.
The hair is still all over my clothes, the shoulder massage literally took her 15 or 20 seconds to do, the hot towel I had on my face was smashed on my face, it was not sprayed with any essential oils, and she removed it after 30 seconds. I cannot wash my hair or myself, even when I am late to work, but this is a new level.
The whole haircut was done with a tremor, and she did not bother, asking too many questions.
Now I feel bad that I even left a tip .

Bad haircut. Sideburns were of by a good 1/2 inch from eachother. The majority of people that work at these places have zero accountability, so of course, there is no real care put into their work. I mean it's simple, your one job is to cut hair properly. Not the easiest thing in the world, but absolutely not a difficult thing to do. And even that modest task is phoned in. But hey, it's the fast food of haircuts. It's neither satisfying, we'll done, or worth the price. But sideburns being a half inch off is just lack of any care at all.

Also, they will hustle you and charge you for a higher tier haircut than you got, so pay attention. I've had multiple people try to charge me for vip when I got basic.

Waste of the money

Did not listen to anything I said. I asked her to stop and she said she was “just texturing”. Now I’m in snip away from a buzz cut
