So I have been going to stage same place for years. When first came, they were the only place that didn’t require me to use eyedrops and instead takes pictures inside my eyes to get a clearer view of my eye health. Once you are done, they have fabulous people to help you find the perfect frame. Joseph has been here for years and is super honest and helpful. Paula is totally awesome, super friendly and great at making sure your glasses are done correct, the first time, every time (she also has great taste).

I’ve been a patient at NSVC for more than 35 years, and there’s a reason I keep driving from Oak Park to Northbrook for my vision care. Not only are the ophthalmologists fantastic—ensuring that my vision is optimized year after year—but the techs and office staff take the best possible care of you. I specifically want to call out Angela Smith, the Practice Manager, who handled my recent contact lens order. She went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the level of customer service she provided, especially her resourcefulness, kindness and patience. Could I find a practice closer to home? You bet. But the care I get at NSVC is worth sitting in traffic for.
