We had our business with them for nearly 7 years, initially introduced by our bank. Unfortunately, what started as a great supportive vendor turned into what felt like a predatory relationship. Annual fee agreement, spurned all sorts of 'additional' invoice events. An inquiry (among others) regarding " I don't think my estimated tax contribution is correct", resulted in my MS account associate stating that it was correct, and then finding out that it was not, and than getting an additional invoice due to the inquiry, finalized our decision to move-on. Extremely bad company. Unresponsive, and unhelpful. I had to chase them up over 25 times for lodgement to which they didn't respond then the only response I got was an invoice. Then when stated that my company lodgement not done they gaslight me. They justify themselves for not doing anything. I would not use this company ever, arrogant people who treat you poorly and charge you an excessive amount for very little work. It's sad really as I'm a pretty easy going client so for me to make this is extremely disappointing. I wouldn't ever recommend this company. Plenty of far better firms out there
