This is a great Family owned and operated company. Mike , Greg and Mrs. Berliant are true caring and wonderful owners that have been taking care of Illinois families for over thirty year. Susan and Colleen are a joy to work with. This is a great place to refer a loved one.

I can't say enough good things about Gentle Home Service. They were totally understanding and comforting and were able to assuage all of our concerns. The fact that they were so responsive and knowledgeable made our decision making that much easier. I highly recommend them and would encourage anyone looking for home health care services to think of Gentle Home Services First....they are indeed Gentle.

In my family's experience with Gentle Home Services, the company proved to care more about making a profit than providing quality home care. My family member was a hospice patient who needed in-home assistance, and we were explicitly clear with Gentle Home Services from the beginning about the type of care he required. Gregg, one of the owners from Gentle Home Services, came into our home to assess the patient's needs and assured us they would provide caregivers to accommodate his specific needs.
