BMW came out for an annual plumbing checkup. Tom was very thorough and responded to all our concerns. We are long-time customers and continue to appreciate their responsiveness and high level of service.
August 2025: I had an excellent experience with Fernando from BMW Plumbing. I called at 9am with a plumbing issue, and by noon, Fernando was at my door, ready to help. His professional, courteous, and confident approach reassured me right away.
By reviewing my service history beforehand, Fernando arrived fully prepared and aware of prior concerns. After completing the job, he walked me through what he had fixed and explained the follow-up steps needed for a lasting solution.

We have used BMW for years. Their service and expertise has not changed. Taylor did an excellent job. He explained everything he was doing. Did a great cleanup job as well. Very satisfied.
