The charges after service were slightly higher than quote although I had clarified prior to booking. I called the office to clarify the discrepancy. I spoke with the owner, Tom (I believe that was the name). He was extremely professional and honored the original quote despite the miscommunication and their rates for the 22 zones we have. I was so impressed with their professional handling of the situation. We will definitely use their services in the future. In todays environment such interactions are becoming increasingly rare. “I'm really surprised by the negative reviews. We have had great experiences with Bahrens. We ordered 4 yards of organic garden soil last year which was delivered promptly and is great quality. My garden is amazing. And yesterday we ordered 2 yards of topsoil and 20 rolls of sod which were delivered this morning, and perfectly positioned on the tarp that we put on the driveway for it. The topsoil looks good, none of the rocks that someone else mentioned.“
