I've worked with her on and off for about 10 years and I can honestly say she loves what she does and it shows! she makes the dogs feel so much better when they leave and how she cares for special needs dogs and dogs that have had traumatic expirences at previous groomers is exceptional. When you take your dog to the groomer you are entrusting them with your baby, to treat them with respect and care and love. For dogs especially ones that aren't used to getting groomed, it can be traumatizing and I've never seen any groomer care the way she does. it's hard to find someone that genuinely loves what they do, Christie loves what she does and it shows ❤️ i will forever recommend her❤️

The building is no longer operational and the lady who owns it did not bother to tell me where else to go or to even cancel the appointment. Good luck to everyone else who tries. I hope you don't wait 3 weeks for your dog to be groomed and then show up and hey it's no longer here but she's still making appointments. I asked her to produce the call records showing that she did in fact call me to reschedule and she couldn't. The fact is she did not call me. Most likely forgot but instead of owning up to her mistake she wants blame me for not getting her message. Then coming on here and lying to the public about the conversation.

made an appointment for 2dogs. day of the appointment the groomer did not know we were coming even tho we had a text message from her. then she rushed thru the grooming cuz she had an appointment to keep of her own. charged us $20 more than quoted. will never go back there again !!!

She rescheduled 5 or 6 times, its too cold-my car won't start-I have a migraine-the water pipe busted- very unprofessional.

Going to school in Decatur and I am not from around here and my dog needed a grooming appointment. I gave them a call and was expecting to have to book an appointment for a later date but I was able to get her in just two days! The lady was extremely friendly and did a great job on my dogs haircut. And also for a great price!

First visit for our 4 year old Golden Retriever and I was very happy with service! She had a bath, hair trim, nails clipped, and paw pads trimmed. The staff was friendly, caring, efficient, and skilled. I will use their services again!

If I could give a zero I would. First cut was not the way we wanted but we tried again. She called off and rescheduled only to say I was late and wouldn't let me in. Had one groomer for 8 years and no issues.

Paw spaw is an amazing place. They do a Wendel job with my Elkhound. When I get him back he smells wonderful and his double coat is completely dry.
