We contacted Servpro of Decatur Illinois to mitigate a mold issue. The initial response was immediate, professional and friendly. A quote was promised within a couple of days.
After a few weeks, I called and asked what happened to the quote. (This wasn't an urgent need.) It took another week of calls to get the quote.
This review would be 5 stars had there not been that 3 week delay.
They'd been recommended to me by someone whose work I respect, and the quote was competitive, so I hired them.

They came right away on a weekend when our basement flooded - they were quick, honest, and went above and beyond. Jessica and Joel were life savers, we couldnt have gotten through this without them. Thank you so much!!
