From the first phone call to the ProMax office back in June re: a new patio sliding door, all the way through completion of the installation and cleanup in August, professionalism, courteousness, promptness, and skillful execution were traits I appreciate about this company. Had a small porch rebuild on my house. Promax came promptly and gave a fair estimate. Communication is so important, and John always responded to calls and texts. Ron and Tommy are excellent carpenters, very professional, and did amazing work.
Could not be any more satisfied with Promax Construction. The other day my wife sent me a picture of a couple of shingles that were in our backyard, and this happened to be late on a Thursday afternoon with storms in the forecast. I called Promax and they were out at our home on Saturday morning for the repair and even cleaned my gutters while on the roof. While this was a small repair it saved me from larger issues as the rain started that Saturday afternoon. The following Monday I received a call from the owner following up making sure everything went well and it did. I am grateful they were willing to take on such a small job as mine. Thank you Promax !
