I went to visit Terri Webber today and I must say she has a new client ! I didn’t know what to expect as I was sitting on the edge of my seat already wondering what she was going to do or say about my scalp lol . For starters her energy lit the room soon as she walked in, we talked and laughed like I knew her quite sometime . I had so many questions as she answered them all with patience and understanding. I left feeling much better than I did when I arrived . Her assistant and front staff made my experience one to brag about.

I got a next day appointment, yea, I couldn't believe it either. The staff was very nice and professional, very ggod about answering all of my questions. Very pleased I am now a patient with Pinnacle Dermatology!

Friendly, kind, and caring. One of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. I had a medical condition and I was treated efficiently. Would recommend 10/10. From beginning to end, from receptionist and appointment booking employees, to the nurses and doctor that cared for me.
