Got a red light on my septic pump. Was recommended Kelly's by a family friend. I called the next morning and described my situation to the lady and she said they'd be out the next day. When the tech got here we talked while they worked and they helped me understand the system some more. Great people I'll be calling them again
Our technician was polite, articulate, knowledgable about the job at hand. He thoroughly described the situation at hand. He was very determined to figure out the problem and solved it!
The two gentlemen that worked on my sewer line were very courteous and listened to what I said. They both were very experienced and with that experience they were able to get a very tough, solid clog that was blocking my sewer line from reaching the main.
I was very impressed and would call Kelley's septic tank and sewer service anytime. They really knew what they were doing and did not need to dig or tear ground up to fix the clog.
