Master Craftsman Mike West at JJ Swartz did a fantastic job fixing a DIY french door install in my home that just didn't work right (I am not good at installing doors!). It was too small of a job to quote out, but they have a handyman program where they can send the appropriate expert out for a reasonable hourly rate.They sent out Mike West, who showed up on time, treated my home with respect, and did an AMAZING job getting the door to work perfectly and look perfect. Mike is clearly an expert, and he knew exactly what to do to make the door "right and tight."I am beyond pleased with the results. The bill was very fair for the quality of the work. We had a whole house fire at n our newly purchased house in June JJ Swartz construction has rebuilt our house in only 6 months thanks to their team of professionals who made the whole process as easy on us as possible the house is beyond our wildest expectations thanks again to Brad , Michelle or designer and Robert our Head carpenter we love the completed house Curt & Cindi

Bobby our lead was amazing! He tried to go above and beyond for us! He would always let me know the times and what day they would be at our house and lmk if plans changed. He’s very nice & friendly.Management on the other hand has things they need to work on. They had our lead Bobby running a lot of jobs at one time. Way more than one person can manage. They also need to work better on communicating with the guys in the field on the scope of work. As there was some confusion on our job as they forgot to give our lead an update on work that was approved. Also management needs to work on how they schedule the guys.
