Austin is very professional with a friendly, easy going, and honest demeanor. He helped me understand the condition of my roof from the hail damage, what was needed, how to proceed with insurance and what to expect.

In march-april I met with Austin and sorry forgot name another gentleman
I explained I needed new shingled roof and gutters. They came to the house and spent quite a bit of time looking it over assessing and letting me know what I would need. Then they gave me a reasonable bid. I was in the process of another project so I didn’t get on it right away. They waited no pressure and when U contacted him. It was set up and the work was completed seamlessly and I must say I was nervous but Austin kept me informed and at ease. Thank you so much.
I would definitely recommend J&M for your roofing needs. My insurance AAA failed me. J&M did not.
