My 20 something adult daughter was at work and was feeling dizzy and having some chest pressure, ,thinking may be panic/ anxiety attack but wanted to be sure nothing more was going on, rather than driving across town she went to our our primary care office which is 3 minutes from where she was . She was told the “The emergency Nurse was full today” What does that even mean?? And what’s the point of having an “emergency nurse” when she isn’t available all day!! She asked if they thought she could go to prompt care instead of going to the ER and possibly having to wait for hrs to be seen they said that sounded like a good idea .

They gave me a time for my son to be seen immediately. We get there 10 mins early only to have them tell us the appointment was 15 mins before the time they gave us and there was no way he could be seen by anyone else. So they tell us to come back next week instead. I ask if they can give me some kind of direction and they had someone call me and give me vague help. And suggest I call his other doctors instead.
I was already overwhelmed and stressed for him only to find he couldn't be seen even though I took time off work for it. Then the receptionist acted as if she couldn't even be bothered with anything I asked. Had a rude attitude.
All the other times we have gone for my other son I've had no issues but this was ridiculous.

First experience with this facility. Intake staff was kind and Dr. Sogbadjor was wonderful! Never had a doctor listen so thoroughly, ask their own questions, or take notes before. My last PCP seemed to want to gloss over everything and get you out as quickly as possible, leaving you feeling unheard and without answers. Not her! Very friendly, clearly cares about her patient's experience, and takes her job seriously. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new PCP!

Absolutely ridiculous my husband hurt his back extremely bad all they did was x ray him send him on his way with no doc note for work considering he asked 3x and he’s a very kind patient man . Sent him to the hospital to get the results for his X-rays told them they didn’t have time to go over them with him . What in the ever living world . Your doc office it’s your job ! Then he calls over again to once more ask for a doc note because he works in a factory and the nurses had the audacity to act like he was bothering them and keeping them there . 1. He wouldn’t have asked so many times in the 1st place if you had just given a doc note which I feel like is a pretty common occurrence considering more jobs require that. 2 the attitude my husband was met with was absolutely disrespectful when he never tells or raises his voice or says a mean word to anyone .then to top it all off they didn’t send over his meds like they said they were gunna do and told him he could go back to work without restrictions. We got a second opinion and I’m so glad we did because he shouldnt even be lifting a single thing per the new doc .I’m not understanding the issue with this office . I wouldn’t go here if you want actually treated and spoke to with respect.nurses and docs I get your job is difficult but you choose this profession. It is your job to help those who need medical help! So please do better and do so !also don’t have attitudes with your patients specially the nice ones cause I do not tolerate my husband to be treated like garbage .

Receptionists randomly cancel appointments without telling you, then have you wait 30 minutes to inform you that they have no appointments available for months with any doctors.

I think it's ok if you just need a physical or a yearly checkup. If you have something wrong go to a real doctor's office they just assistant .

I thought it was just me but after reading the reviews I see that is was not. I was hospitalized for 2 months and half for pre term labor in 2020 When, I was released I contacted Dr. Monika Moni office several times for a refill on high blood pressure medicine . She never filled the prescription or called me back. My Obgyn filled it but stated I had to contact my primary physician to fill it . I told my obgyn that I am trying to contact my Dr but she will not respond. Professionally, my obgyn filled it until I found another primary care physician.
